Analytics Analyst
Current• Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluates, tracks, and reports on the CNG ID Platform using Snowflake and Tableau. Monitors KPIs to ensure process stability, recommending changes when deterioration is observed. Presents findings to management.• Rule Development: Conducts data mining and segmentation analysis in Snowflake and Python to create targeted rules for process improvement and gap elimination. Documents processes, shares recommendations, and collaborates with third parties for implementation.• Model Testing and Benchmarking: Tests third-party vendor scores against existing benchmarks, comparing performance across different segments and loan products. Leverages Python and Tableau for data visualization. Calculates statistical metrics for targeted insights. Conducts cost-benefit analysis, optimizing models with net revenue analysis.• Complex Data Integration: Create and manage advanced Snowflake SQL queries using CTEs to integrate and manipulate data for analysis. Build reusable views to power Tableau dashboards and Python workflows.• Net Revenue & Business Analysis: Perform net revenue analysis for credit and fraud processes, identifying trends and opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.• Data Visualization: Design and deliver interactive Tableau dashboards to track real-time metrics, visualize trends, and highlight anomalies for decision-makers.• System Audits and Cost Tracking: Conducts audits, monitors app volumes, and tracks vendor costs. Manages vendor relationships, ensuring accurate invoicing and payments.
