I have represented clients, both as licensors and licensees, in joint development agreements, technology transfer, outsourcing, strategic alliances and joint ventures. I often serve as the lead negotiator in complex technology, trademark and outsourcing agreements. In addition to my IP transactional work, I provide technical support for patent litigation, particularly in the area of computer software and Internet technologies. I assist clients with e-commerce issues and protecting domain names and trademarks on the Internet. I have both domestic and international experience prosecuting trademark and copyright applications. I have experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
