Outside of software engineering, I have significant experience in project management. My previous role was as a regional director for a non-profit called Decision Point. In this role, I oversaw a team of 50+ volunteers and staff, training students each year at roughly 20-40 public school campuses across southern California. I wrote a significant portion of our national training curriculum (used at over 100 campuses) and was a regular conference speaker.
