SOLUTIONI developed a superior version of the product manual in Airtable. This eliminated all pain points – changes are immediately reflected worldwide (no update emails required); users can efficiently sort, find, filter and group information, expediting the sale process. These 230 people comprised four groups: the two primary sponsors, the security team, and the organising committee.PAIN POINTOn a typical day, these four groups were accommodated in as many as six different cities and nine different hotels – all for a one-night stay before progressing to the next town. This resulted in the enormous logistical challenge of preparing the daily rooming lists for four groups, in over 100 rooms, in multiple cities and hotels. Using only manual tools, the task would have taken several hours daily and been open to numerous errors.SOLUTIONI developed and maintained a system that allowed users to provide their accommodation requirements via a template which populated a database. This database produced rooming lists based on the provided criteria, with no errors in a fraction of the time a manual process would have taken. Show less
