We bring over three decades of ministry experience and the practical resources of PastorsCoach.com and DestinyFinder.com to the amazing ministry of Catch The Fire, the movement that began 27 years ago with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that became known as the "Toronto Blessing". In joining Catch the Fire, we seek to wed the best of the "supernatural" with the super-practical to help the world encounter the transforming presence of God.

I lead a dynamic team of men and women who are passionate about helping individuals and organizations discover and fulfill their God-given design and destiny. I work closely with pastors and leaders around the world to build thriving people and thriving churches that bring God's kingdom to earth and transformation to every sphere of society.

It was such a joy to work with Banning Liebscher and the Jesus Culture Team, but when God spoke to them to plant the church in Sacramento, my wife and I felt strongly that we were supposed to stay in Redding. I still work with Jesus Culture periodically as an adviser and I will always be a fan.
