Currently I am developing Kasper & Kent as a new brand / real estate agency. As a general manager and owner I am responsible for all business aspects. I am responsible for the strategies, creation and implementation of all digital, marketing and sales aspects, branding, brand identity and publicity (logo, brand identity, conceiving designs for mailings, website, online ads, print ...), digital & web development (wireframes, continuous improvement of web usability and integration with other sales & marketing tools ), conceiving and implementing (digital) sales strategies including CRM (optimizing sales funnel), online paid advertising (setting up Google Adwords campaigns, Facebook ads, setting up remarketing and target groups), conceiving and implementing a content marketing strategy for social media, mailings ..., writing content for social media, copywriting all sales texts and stories (website, mailings, tele-scripts, etc ...). I'm a bit of a one-man digital agency. And off course as a recognized real estate agent (BIV 507.275), I am working on my own real estate dossiers also. I execute all taks necessary to sell or rent a property in the best way possible.

As managing partner I lead this company for 4 years and I built a strong experience in entrepreneurship and sales. Which allows me today to think strongly pragmatic and sales oriented. Always focused on results and (cost) efficiency. As a managing partner I went looking for customers, visited prospects and tried to convince them of our ideas and budgets. With Viral Images we created branded content (mainly video) and offered seedings and native advertising to marketeers and pub agencies. I was not only responsable for the sales but also for the creation. I went to prospects, listened to their marketing needs and conceived creative ideas (video, digital campaign, ...) to fulfill their needs. Once a suitable proposition was found, I calculated an appropriate budget and went back to the prospect to convince the prospect of both idea and budget. Turn him into a client. Together with a small team I then executed the project from A to Z. For Viral Images I could catch some really nice clients and projects as Telenet, Samsung, Unicef, Jan De Nul, Humo, Toerisme Vlaanderen .... .

Before my managing partnership at Viral Images, I worked during one year for Emakina as a copywriter. I translated briefings into concrete feasible projects. I worked a lot on projects of the European Commission. Wrapping pages fat content into a short comprehensible video of 30 sec. Looking for the right metaphors to tell stories as efficiently as possible.

I was asked for a temporary replacement. But nevertheless I learned a lot during this short time as Marketing Manager of Shopping Stadsfeestzaal (Antwerp). I was responsable for all marketing actions in this beautiful shopping center and was also the contact person for all tenants. I also took care of temporary hiring incomes by attracting sampling actions, third parties events, ... .

As a very young guy I took a 100% sales job at Truvo (Pages d'or). It was hard but the best sales training I've ever had. Amid the financial crisis, I called a dozen of sales leads a day and closed sales contracts over the phone. It was hard but it went well. I was good at it. Persuasive and energetic. But then the offer came to become Marketing manager of Shopping Stadsfeestzaal. An offer I could not refuse.

The day after I graduated, I immediately had work as an account manager / script writer at New Impact (video production company). They believed very strongly in my talent as a creative. At New Impact I wrote a lot of video scripts and had my first sales experiences. Together with the general manager I went to customers where I tried to convince them of the scripts and ideas. Until today I write now and then a concept / idea or script for New Impact.
