* Account Management - Tactic & Strategic* Develop, manage and motivate a strong, effective team of 10 recruiters* Maintain client relation with continual improvement and employee involvement. * Collect and analyze daily figures and prepare performance reports.* Manages and maintains operations by monitoring system performances, preparing action plans, resolving problems and developing process improvements.* Implement process initiatives.* Create a positive work environment that maximizes individual and team performance.* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking recruitment trends, attending workshops, and networking to recruit possible candidates.* Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.* Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
