After 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR, he sought to broaden his horizons and guide companies towards a greener, more socially responsible future.
Starting from scratch, but armed with resilience, creativity, and expertise, he quickly began advising international companies, helping them emerge from their cocoons and transform into butterflies—ready to embrace sustainable and impactful practices.
Water, our most precious resource, naturally became central to both the company's logo and its values. As the decision to create Bluewaters was made in the Middle East, it was essential to integrate Arabic elements into its identity. Similarly, with Japanese investors being the first to support the venture, their culture and vision also found their place in Bluewaters' DNA.
Lastly, the white and gold colors reflect not only the company's commitment to profit and excellence but also the timeless inspiration drawn from the European Renaissance—a golden era of creativity, growth, and rebirth.
