Senior Health System Manager, South Central
CurrentThe Health System Manager is a hybrid role working as a Thought Leader Liaison, IDN Corporate Account Manager, and Market Development Manager. I work with cross-functional teams to support a rare disease portfolio serving patients with Parkinson's Disease Psychosis and Rhett Syndrome. Currently responsible for Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona. Identify, develop and advance relationships with influential & relevant Key Opinion Leaders.Align disease state education with Neurology Residency programs, Movement Disorder Fellowship programs, Geri-Psych Fellowship programs, and Psychiatry Fellowship programs.Use of HEOR/Pharmacoeconomic data to tell a story.Effectively implement the medication transitions of care process within hospitals, including discharge order sets.Understand P&T processes for assigned IDN's and key institutions to assist in formulary access when needed to implement EHR interventions or medication transitions of care.Educate and actively engage Fellows & Residents to align on quality project development within Center of Excellence, IDN or Health System.Meet expected Brand and Access Objectives that result in market share growth, while insuring compliance with assigned targeted accounts.Record account information and competitive intelligence through available account management resources and tools.Create access and pull through opportunities for the field sales organization within Centers of Excellence, which leads to increased compliance, market share & profits.Lead meetings with Sales, Medical, and Patient Access teams to address challenges and coordinate strategies within the region.2023 Health System Manager Team Trainer2023 Ranked 2/62024 Ranked 2/6
