• Responsible for working with Service Provider Organizations (SPO’s) and Vendors to mediate corrective action, impact to patient, mitigation strategies and communication to patient/Home and Community Care Support Services Central East (HCCSS CE) staff related to Risk Events entered into the Risk Event Management System• Collect, organize, and analyze data from SPO’s and Vendors for monthly and quarterly performance reviews• Develop performance packages using analytical tools such as graphs and charts to trend SPO and Vendor performance metrics and root cause. • Complete thorough analysis of all assigned SPO’s and Vendors data through Quarterly Scorecard Packages/Meetings• Work closely with the Contracts Senior Managers to present analysis and trends and to complete additional analysis as required.• Maintain back-end of internal database related to Medical Supplies and Equipment, SPO and Vendor Contracts, Billing Codes, Rate Adjustments, etc. • Prepare and complete Purchase Orders for SPO’s replenishment of supplies. • Facilitate weekly meetings with SPO’s to secure services for patients who are in hospital and require service.• Analyze and present data for new initiatives to Contracts Director and Senior Managers. • Develop new tools and documents to allow for more efficient processes with less chance of errors.• Prepare and distribute memos to Home and Community Care staff, SPO’s, and Vendors related to contract related updates and changes.• Work with Vendors to manage formulary products that are on backorder and to ensure a functionally equivalent substitute is in place and communicated to the HCCSS CE and SPO staff.• Participate in weekly meetings with SPO’s to address and discuss specific concerns related to patients and care settings.• Participate in Working Groups, contributing to new or updated processes from the lens of the Contracts Team.
