I was then asked by management to move to the Customer Manager Position at my sixty day mark. I was known for being able to handle upset customers and have them leave the store happy and feeling taken care of. I constantly achieved 100% on my mystery shopper scores both for front end customer services as well as returns department. Returns department manager frequently asked for my help with Returns when they got very busy or needed the department taken care of while they were doing other things. Management complimented me on my reliability and work ethic. I was also involved within the IT department and frequently helped out when I was able. I helped prepare nightly backups and worked on configuring reports for different department managers. I strived to learn more advanced functions and procedures when time allowed. -

I would receive emails for requests on types of pallets of food, I would then use ad-hoc queries to get results of quantity in our inventory. I would then tag my orders, it would then be moved to shipping it would then be staged for delivery. I was able to be on time with my orders daily and have all entries completed 100% of the time by end of day. At the end of the day I would generate reports showing my orders, what was moved and adjust quantity. I would then run nightly routines to give me a summary of the days orders as well as list any quantities that were low.
