Developed control plans, control plan master workbooks, data analysis workbook, change management process for tolerance dispositions and bluepoint process. Created a Microsoft Excel add-in that automated the updating of tolerances in PC-DMIS based on a master workbook or a disposition request. Created a Microsoft Excel application to compare features from CAD to features in the CMM program to identify features affected by CAD changes. Developed and Excel application that compares samples of data and runs several algorithms to identify data integrity issues. Created a Microsoft Access database to process the monthly CMM data from all of the Stellantis Assembly and Stamping plants to calculate the statistics needed for the corporate report.

2011 RT Door Trim – Developed and proposed initial Datum Schemes. Created GD&T Drawings in CATIA V5. Completed RSS Studies for all Chrysler Build Objectives.2010 PM49 IP & Console – Reviewed dimensional data, marked up drawings for dimensional PPAP. Coordinated drawing updates with design group in Pune, India. Gave feedback to engineering team on dimensional data.

2009 RM Door Trim – Updated existing GD&T in CATIA V4 and supported Engineering and Manufacturing through PPAP. Reviewed Data, marked up GD&T and reviewed with Chrysler for Dimensional PPAP Approval.2009 MK49 Console – Completed RSS Studies for customer driven objectives. Created GD&T for all of the components and the end item assemblies in CATIA V5. Created Measurement Points in CATIA. 2009 MK49 Door Trim – Completed RSS Studies for customer driven objectives. Created GD&T for all of the components and the end item assemblies in CATIA V5.Took over development of the corporate RSS workbook after reviewing it and discovering the formulas were incorrect and not calculating the RSS values properly. Created a Microsoft Excel add-in with a toolbar automating many of the tasks involved with building and managing the RSS workbook.Developed and documented the methods used to create CMM measurement points in CATIA V5. I worked with and trained the group in the Philippians to create the measurement points in CATIA V5.

Dimensional management in the GM Business Unit. Created GD&T drawings in Unigraphics per GM drawing standards. Created Measurement points in Unigraphics. Coordinated CMM measurement of components, reviewed CMM data and summarized for product engineering and program management for PPAP.

Worked on LX Instrument Panel, Console, and Door Trim Programs. Returned to Collins & Aikman when the Instrument Panel and Console programs moved back to C&A.
