Michael Weitz is the co-founder of Virtuozo - a boutique training, curating, and consulting company that specializes in bringing out each individual’s unique presence and enhancing their impact as communicators and leaders. Through Virtuozo, Michael and his team work with a wide range of do-ers and thinkers including senior executives, founders of start-up companies, leaders from the public sector, and award-winning scientists. Virtuozo’s unique methodology is drawn in part from Michael’s 10+ years in the theatre business as a director and producer of shows and national tours - on, off, and way off Broadway.Michael is passionate about teaching and has lectured at top academic institutions including IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland; Skolkovo: The Moscow School of Management; Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and the Global MBA and Zell Entreprenuership programs at the IDC in Herzliya. Corporate clients are leaders from a broad range of companies including GE, Levi’s, Twitter, Microsoft, Google, Mobileye, Adama (formerly Makhtashim Agan), Excelon, Audi, State Street, Brown Brothers Harriman, UBS, Merrill Lynch, KKR Capstone, The AXA Group, Swiss Re, ISS, The Marker, Yotvata Dairy, TEVA, dozens of start-ups, and several top strategic consulting firms. Michael enjoys building communities. He is a founding member of EO Israel, a founding producer of the New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), and a former Chair of the Global Marketing Committee for the International Coach Federation (ICF).He has been featured in media in both the USA and Israel, though his favorite appearance of all was as a surprised passenger in the hit game show Cash Cab. Michael and his business partner, Abigail Tenembaum, are part of a select group who work with speakers on crafting and delivering their talks for the world renown TED Conferences, including some of the most iconic TED talks of the past decade which collectively have garnered over 100 million views (and counting). Originally born in Savannah, GA, Michael now calls Tel Aviv home.
