Lead developer on Recruiting and Scholarship modules of $103M in-house Air Force system. These modules enable the department to intake tens of thousands of applications, assign scores and enable officer review of the top 25%, and manage awarding of millions of dollars of scholarships to the top 5% every year. Manhours required for full 9-month cycle were reduced by over 30% and reporting capabilities drastically improved over previous version; drastic reduction in overtime work by staff throughout awards cycle.
