Current- Led the design and development of the web based administration application for the Interaction Center all-in-one interaction platform. The project was built on HTML5, JavaScript, Knockout and Angular and utilized REST-based resources.- Managed the eight person Configuration Team. Managed the team's overall load of support cases, strategic initiatives and other tasks.- Designed and developed a WPF and Silverlight administration application- Designed and developed a JavaScript-based web chat application. This application is intended to be used by the customers of our customers and was designed to be able to be deployed as-is and be highly extensible so that our customers could add to or extend any part of the application as needed.- Helped support and add new features to various MFC/C++ applications including administration and supervisory applications
