I moved from IT into a Business Analyst role with a focus on NI's Web Content Management Systems in 2011. I moved from a business analyst role into a program manager role in early 2016. Indeed had provided opportunities for me to establish a high horsepower team and use my experiences to coach others and deliver value to the organization. I enjoyed being a part of unprecedented growth as the organization evolved from ~2,000 to ~10,000 people during my time there.I am currently at WP Engine, supporting their R&D department through similar growth and scaling challenges.I have a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Tech University where I majored in Management Information Systems.
