As the Regional Owner for Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont my role is to grow the EXIT Realty brand by increasing the number of offices throughout the states, recruiting new leaders to the company, and adding new agents across our platform. In addition, I will coordinate marketing, technology services and training to help existing offices maximize their production and profitability.

I accomplish this by building a strong team of professionals, leading in ambiguous settings, and possess the internal motivation to establish a track record of delivering results.

Greater Boston Area

I led a portfolio of extended stay hotels under the Sonesta ES Suites brand. My initial role was to create the management, marketing and product design components of the brand through public REIT ownership of acquired assets from current US based extended stay brands. The role then evolved to connecting the ongoing operation through the various functional departments allowing the ES Suites brand to grow with each acquisition.

Launched Web-based Application Services Provider (ASP) focused on filling the void for multi-unit operations reporting for hospitality/service companies. Introduced new products extensions birthed from traditional financial reporting platforms to non-financial operating departments. Expanded product line to similar vertical markets, (healthcare, retail), with product adaptations built on developed technology platforms to fit these markets.

Directed all revenue and sales efforts for the Residence Inn chain of 185 extended stay hotels, generating $556 million in revenue. Responsible for all pricing and revenue management strategies, national account relationships, sales training and international sales and marketing. Earlier, provided leadership for 12 hotels comprising 350 employees and $22 million in revenue as the Midwest Regional Manager. Responsible for total operation of the business, including profit contribution, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. As head of segment marketing developed vertical marketing programs which identified and analyzed key customer segments and helped train nationally based sales teams to drive revenue growth.
