• Conducts daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources in the medical community.• Validates and develops territory call plans to qualify new and maintain existing accounts to grow the business.• Enters call plan and logs calls along with the decisions and outcomes into the "Sales Management System" (SMS).• Uses Apria reports and data such as target ratings to identify referral targets and helps in validating as well as updating of incorrect/old data.• Partners with the Market Leader to review sales territory call plan to achieve strategic goals.• Educates referral sources on the use and application of Apria products and services.• Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving and following up on customer concerns.• Partners with branch management and staff as well as other functional areas within the company to drive sales growth.• Communicates and explains Medicare guidelines around private insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources.• Maintains accurate records on prospective and active accounts ensuring information is sent to reimbursement offices for billing and collection.• Ensures billing documentation is complete and accurate.

• Communicate with the physician to accurately document all necessary information; this includes patient’s past medical history, the physician’s examination, orders, lab/imaging results, rechecks and dispositions. • Assist the physician with procedures, including reductions, incision and draining, wound repairs, and arthrocentesis procedures. • Increase efficiency within the Emergency Department by ~15% by effectively documenting necessary information and allowing the physician to see more patients. • Increase patient satisfaction by ensuring that patients are comfortable; includes checking on patients and their families throughout their visit. • Communicate with nursing staff in regards to the physician’s orders and patient’s requests.

• Develop techniques that involve strong communication and product knowledge to consistently reach daily sales goals. • Acquire detailed product knowledge in order to assist customers with recommendations regarding the products that Lucky Brand sells.• Interact with customers to gain a detailed perspective on who they are shopping for and use that to help achieve my sales quota. • Enhance organizational skills by ensuring that the store layout is efficient and aesthetically pleasing to our customers.

• Reach daily quotas consisting of email sign-ups and new credit card sign ups• Use promotions to enhance the likelihood of a customer signing up for a new credit card to achieve my daily quota. • Engage with customers to ensure that all questions are answered and to enhance their overall shopping experience. • Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. • Confirm that all cash is accounted for within the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
