Director Of Digital Marketing
Current- Utilize digital marketing skills and expertise to plan, develop and manage expert-quality products in line with Zest’s Digital Marketing Services.- Provide strategic consultation and digital marketing support to the creative, web, consultation & management and business development teams, focusing on strategic objectives and consistent delivery of client services.- Proof and perform quality control on all digital marketing team products in detail.- Research, understand, consult on and apply current and upcoming industry trends and developments in order to provide exceptional client services and deliverables.- Organize, maintain and manage all digital files and structure using DropBox and Google Drive, in accordance with digital marketing team standards and procedures.- Manage the direction, development and performance of the digital marketing team, ensuring each team member produces the highest quality of work across the core Digital Marketing service areas to positively affect the sales and growth of client relationships.- Collaborate with Business Development and client services personnel by overseeing the scoping of all projects as it pertains to Digital Marketing Services to confirm alignment with staff resources, capabilities and capacity.- Assess organizational gaps in digital resources, and affect solutions including but not limited to hiring, on-boarding and training of internal personnel, and the partnership or solicitation of vendors and outsourced services.
