• Participate and lead numerous projects for Wells Fargo CTI team• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT support and performance testing of Wells Fargo Routing Strategies for Call Center using Genesys applications and solutions.• Develop requirements, test planes, test scripts, test procedures, open and manage defects using HP Quality Center• Perform defect root cause analysis and make related process improvements• Perform complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications • Analyze UNIX logs received through PuTTY client for root cause analyses of discovered problems and defects
