Reporting to the Category Director of the Monitoring Category, I champion the development of new products throughout the company. I work closely with end user panels, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to define requirements for new products and ensure that the requirements are met. I serve as the company expert on the needs of target end users and implement decisions based on a working knowledge of the strengths and weakness of competitors in the Listening category. This role requires the unique analytical ability to consider Shure’s business needs, customer needs, product design, and engineering cost/time/risk considerations to make optimal recommendations. In additon to these roles I also act as the main point of contact between Shure and the Made for iPod/Works with iPhone licensing group at Apple Inc.

Reporting to the Director of Global Product Management, I worked directly with the Product Development Division and Operations Division during the development and launch of Listening product enhancements, variants, and accessories. I acted as the representative of the worldwide market within the Listening category to ensure on-going competitiveness of this product category in the market.
