Alight (formerly - American Refugee Committee) joined the humanitarian effort resulted from the Russian aggression of Ukraine in February 2022 as one of the first International Non-Governmental Organizations. Alight's UA Response Team worked on delivering millions of dollars worth of assistance & direct help directly to the Ukrainian displaced in Poland and local organizations working with them. During my time in Alight, I:→ coordinated work of UA Response staff (20 people) - supervised staff welfare, managed domestic and international travel, oversight skills development, work support, and non-financial benefits→ implemented and streamlined administrative and operational processes→ organized staff meetings, trainings, workshops, and program-related events→ provided strategic and research-based insights to leadership on local conditions and their impact on UA Response program implementation→ liaised with the leading local NGO leaders, migration experts, government officials, and key figures in managing aid efforts to Ukraine and the Ukrainian displaced→ managed stakeholder, partner, and vendor relationships→ managed offices, procurement, and supply chain→ provided logistic and security operational support

I had the great pleasure of joining Emerald Media at the beginning of their dynamic road to success and becoming one of Poland's leading performance marketing agencies. I was the agency’s first Sales Ninja and I: → developed and constantly improved B2B sales strategy → implemented CRM and structured rudimental sales processes→ actively expanded portfolio of clients using various techniques (cold calling, cold mailing, LinkedIn messaging, Facebook lead generation, in-person meetings)→ independently led sales processes from prospecting to onboarding of a new client, both inbound and outbound→ created marketing strategies for clients→ successfully participated in public bids → managed key accounts and constantly cared about their satisfaction→ onboarded new → used tools & soft such as LiveSpace, Mail Chimp, Asana, Ahrefs, Senuto, Google Analytics

I worked for a newly established joint initiative of The Municipality of Kraków and the University of Economics - Migration and Multiculturalism Observatory. The key project objective is to analyze migration processes and multicultural changes in urban space and create evidence-based recommendations for municipal policy makers. In OWiM (MMO) I:→ organized and hosted online and in-person events (seminars, conferences, trainings, press conferences) → liaised with the MMO partners and stakeholders - media, NGOs, municipal branches, research contractors, venue administrators, speakers and seminar guests→ participated in field & desk research to gather evidence-based input to MMO recommendations, → documented and disseminated results of MMO work→ assisted in administrative processes related to other MMO tasks

The Kraków University of Economics boasts one of the country’s richest offers of international and exchange programs. As a returning exchange student, I co-created and piloted the “International Exchange Student Advisor Program”, hiring returning peers to promote the idea of international mobility. I contributed to the work of the International Programmes Office and: → advised early-stage students on study-abroad opportunities and their benefits→ shaped outreach strategy for new programs - planned social media publications and coordinated promotional events→ assisted candidates in the application processes→ supported outgoing students during their stay abroad

As an intern in the Polish delegation to the OECD, I:→ worked with the vice ambassador and assisted in daily responsibilities → prepared reports and dispatches on the activity of the staff and current developments in the organization→ authored articles on the work of the OECD featured in the bulletin of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs→ participated in panels, seminars, and meetings with the top experts in the world invited by the OECD→ expanded knowledge of economics and international public policies

Polish Humanitarian Action, the biggest and most renowned humanitarian NGO in Poland, since its beginning has delivered high-quality assistance to people in humanitarian crises worldwide and greatly contributed to the debate on global development, inequalities, and poverty alleviation. As a volunteer of the PAH office in Kraków, I: → Facilitated workshops on global challenges, conflict resolution, and humanitarianism for school youth and university students → represented the organization at various events in Poland (concerts, conferences, and festivals) → fundraised among individuals, institutions & businesses→ supported administrative work of the Kraków PAH office staff

PDL association was a group of passionate young activists based in Kraków who strived to bridge growing social divides by promoting a culture of understanding and dialogue. Our mission was to tackle the issue of stereotypes about minorities present in Poland. To deliver it, we: → organized discussion-based events, creating a space for non-biased dialogue → participated in research projects on stereotypes and minorities→ supported partner organizations working on a similar goal by providing organizational assistance, access to network, and research-based insights

We all know TED. We all know TEDx. Kraków, like every other aspiring global city, had its own TEDx. Not even one, but two - TEDxKraków and TEDxKazimierz! And I had the great pleasure of being part of both teams of passionate volunteers devoted to spreading “ideas worth spreading”. As volunteers, we: → assisted in preparing regular TEDx Meetings→ provided the best care possible to the event’s guests and our community→ prepared annual interdisciplinary conference connecting people, culture, and ideas.
