I am a Team-lead of newly established PMO team in Bratislava. I have been responsible for creation and management of the onsite team, transition of work from London to Bratislava, process optimisation and regular PMO activities such as financials tracking and reporting, resourcing, invoicing and project governance.

I was a member of Project Control Services (PCS) - a special domain within Accenture focusing on Project Management by carrying out Project Management Office activities such as Time and work plan management, Performance, Status and KPI reporting, Financial tracking and reporting, Resource management, and more. I help to define and shape new processes or improve the existing ones. Part of my job was regular communication with the client and translation of client requests/feedback to my colleagues supporting the same project. I conducted training for my colleagues within PCS team on pricing and financial forecasting. For new colleagues from ASGR, I have conducted over 25 ''JumpStart'' trainings on SharePoint and Microsoft Project.My work required reliability, precision, and commitment. The ultimate goal was to meet and exceed the client's expectations. I strive to offer a proactive and autonomous approach, and new solutions - everything in a highly professional manner.
