- Supervision of the non-conformity reports' control system;- Supervision of the Airport users and dedicated airport cells (eg. EPZG);- Performs audits and inspections;- Responsible for ensuring that aviation safety standards are properly, uniformly and consistently implemented and maintained;- Manages the internal evaluation process, including the associated information workflows and deadlines;- Supports the Department’s planning, monitoring and reporting activities;- Dedicated to represent airport authority and support external auditors activities (eg. CAA, IATA IFQP),- Updating airport operations manual, writes specifications, work instructions and internal guidelines;- Dedicated to perform internal training (Ground operations inspections techniques incl. fuel quality control, DGR, sop’s) for airport operational staff;

- Supervision of the non-conformity reports' control system;- Supervision of the national Airport Handling Agent Certificates (AHAC) holders;- Member of committee for the establishment of national regulation of transport of dangerous goods by air;- Performs audits of air operators and handling agents within the certification and continuous operational surveillance processes, as well as the implementation and maintenance of aviation standards;- Responsible for ensuring that aviation safety standards are properly, uniformly and consistently implemented and maintained by the AOC, AHAC holders;- Performs national air operators audits, taking into account operational centers and stations located outside of the Republic of Poland (EU and Non EU territory ) and involving the supervision of the subcontractors;- Assesses operational documentation of air carriers and ground handling agents;- Issues approvals and special permits regarding transport of dangerous goods by air- Manages the internal evaluation process, including the associated information workflows and deadlines;- Supports the Department’s planning, monitoring and reporting activities;- Writes specifications, work instructions and internal guidelines;- Performs internal training (Ground operations inspections techniques DGR and Fuel Supply) for CAA inspectors ;

- FSTD approval- AOC/Awc/AHAC Inspection & Certification- Polish AHAC (Airport Handling Agent Certificate) owners Supervisor

- Following the established procedures to arrange and communicate flight schedules,- Maintaining constant Flight Watch of company fleet,- Generating and filing Flight Plans in accordance with company procedures,- Preparing flight documentation,- Managing all Air Traffic Control slots to minimise delays.

- Responsible for all aspects of preparing aircraft for flight operations at Poland’s leading international airport:- Supervision of loading passengers and cargo onto aircraft for domestic as well as international airlines (eg. Fedex, DHL, TNT);- Load Control; - Management of ground to flight-deck communication during start-up and push back;- Co-ordination of all service provider units during aircraft rotation and operation.

- Responsible for all aspects of customer care for LOT Polish Airlines, Poland’s national carrier;- Co-ordination of passenger check-in and boarding;- Provision of care over passengers who require special assistance during their trip;- Management and resolution of special issues arising from flight disruption or cancellation.
