▪ Collection and analysis of business requirements to determine the possibility of implementing IT solutions supporting processes in the Company. ▪ Preparation documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for IT Systems (Specification of system requirements);▪ Coordination of own analytical work in cooperation with internal customer (business of the Medicover Group) and system suppliers;▪ Acceptance of functionalities, i.e. conducting IT tests and cooperation with internal customers during UA tests; ▪ Conducting trainings for internal customers on implemented IT solutions; ▪ Recommending optimum solutions based on the knowledge of business processes, functionalities of IT systems of Company and available solutions on the market; ▪ Providing the third line of support for IT solutions in cooperation with the Maintenance Team.

▪ Participation in international and domestic implementation projects of SAP Business One in SMB sector in the area of: Sales, Purchases, Inventory Management, Production, CRM, Project Management, MRP);▪ Supporting Project Managers in implementation projects; Acting as the Project Coordinator; ▪ Close cooperation with the Project Managers from the Clients side; ▪ Preparing quotations for new functionalities; ▪ Negotiating the cost of new functionalities and service with Client; ▪ Preparation of project implementation schedule; ▪ Preparation of project documentation; Analyzing customer requirements;▪ Business Analysis; ▪ Modeling business processes;▪ Creating documentation of interfaces with external software; ▪ Configuration of SAP B1 solutions; ▪ Preparation of Test Scenarios; ▪ Testing existing SAP B1 configuration and additional solutions;▪ Designing new functionalities to existing solutions; Conducting trainings for Client’s employees;▪ Preparing document layouts and reports in Crystal Reports according to Client requirements;▪ Building and maintaining relationships with Clients;▪ Supporting Clients; Cooperation with Development Department.

▪ Participation in implementation projects in the field of purchasing area: e-Sourcing, e-Procurement) for the biggest Polish companies (Capital Groups, banking, service companies); ▪ Participation in consulting projects for international Clients; Business Analysis; ▪ Modeling business processes;▪ Analyzing customer requirements; ▪ Identification of customer needs and characteristics in order to build the optimal solution; ▪ Creating, developing and testing integrations with SAP, ▪ Creating new documentation of interfaces with SAP, ▪ Configuration of application; ▪ Preparing test scenarios; Analyzing and providing tests of application (regression tests, identifying errors, creating solutions); ▪ Creating procedures, instructions, presentations, training materials and template documents;▪ Conducting trainings for Client’s employees; ▪ Building and maintaining relationships with Clients; ▪ Supporting Clients during post implementation phase; ▪ Close cooperation with Sales Department: participation in sales acquisitions, presenting application for potential Clients of the company, preparing cost estimates depending on the selected functionalities;▪ Close cooperation with Development, Maintenance Department.
