We conducted three different projects.Projekt: Instytut Cyfrowego Marketingu - digital marketing trainign for small business in Poland. We created the main offer, training, strategies, and tactics for small businesses. We also created the whole sales messages delivered via live webinars and email campaigns. We got 350+ clients with zero ad spend.The second one was focused on working with eCommerce. It resulted in 10 million+ sales of others people's products on different eCommerce platforms. Then we decided to create our own line of products under one brand. The third project involved sharing knowledge about building a successful eCommerce business and building a community of sellers. The popularity of this project surprised our whole team. Within a few weeks, we already had dozens of clients and lots of success stories. Community members are achieving spectacular success. Many have built 5-figure businesses. Sekrety Handlu is born then at November 2017. In June 2028 we decided to sell it to a UK-based company eTradeSecrets.com LTD and since then it is ready for international expansion.

In 2017, we decided to change our strategy and reduce our commitment to new clients. We focused on the development of our projects, which we are developing in the coming years. In the midst of many tests and trials, we managed to expand the eCommerce department in cooperation with external experts, which led to massive sales on marketplaces and at the same time we managed to lay the foundations for a number of products under our own brand. That development resulted to creation new companies.At the same time, the company provided marketing support for new projects and conducted effective affiliate marketing.

Lead generation via paid Traffic from Google Ads, YT Ads, Facebook Ads, Sales Funnell creation and optimization. Creation of sales message. Webinar script and online selling on live webinar. We have helped to grow our clients' businesses exponentially. We have created a marketing strategy and successfully implemented elements such as lead generation, communication with prospects and sales via live webinars. We have launched a new apps for individual investors (Squaber) in Poland from zero to hundreds of paying customers within several months as well as we sold additional educational products. We have also built a community of Forex traders (Investio) and increase its revenue by 10 times within the same amount of time.

I have started as a sales man at insurance and failed miserably. I was then given the position of medical representative and it was a great success, while I and my team promoted Prospan and BioAron working as a contractor for the small company Hippocrates. When the project finished I have decided to take a break and focus on my research. While preparing for Ph D. thesis I found an online business and decide to help small brick and mortar businesses with their online marketing. Once I figured out - it turned into a great success. I have decide to focus on small team (1-2 team members from Phillipines) and deliver marketing service for small businesses international. We got 300 new clients in first year in small and medium company in US and EU for our Video SEO marketing service with 4.7 star rating. We launched Video SEO Academy - where we decided to share our experience and knowledge on whats working at the time.

He took up Research Fellowships from The Catholic Academic Exchange Service (KAAD) at the University of Passau, was a Fellow at GWZO in Leipzig, Fellow at Herder Institut in Marburg, Fellow at Prinz August Bibliothek in Wolfenbüttel, took up Research Fellowships from Foundation for the Development of the Education System with cooperation with Liechtenstein-Institut in Bendern.He is an author or co-author of several publications, include variety of issues concerning culture and history of Silesia from early-modern till modern history.
