- Realizing of the E2E design and configuration of new Partner onboardingSAP to EDI Testing and testing with the customer, responsible for different types of documentation (mapping documentation, user documentation, manuals, etc.)- Testing the SAP corresponding business processes- Providing direction to SAP development teams for (iDoc) user exit coding and other ABAP programs, testing, documentation and maintenance activities- Coordinating with the EDI Manager, who works with prioritizing work with the EDI 3rd party provider- Interacting with customer’s technical team for message validations- Liaising with external partners/customers/suppliers to ensure testing is done in a timely manner- Communicating to the business and internal EDI team about progress of specific activities- Taking a part in implementation of messages in ANSI X12 format (850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 880, 820, 875, 997, 204, 214) and EDIFACT (ORDERS, ORDRSP, ORDCHG, DESADV, INVOIC, APERAK, COMDIS, REMADV)- Solving on-going EDI failures with VAN provider- Active collaboration with AR departments- Supporting markets in NA (US, Canada, Mexico), EU (Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, UK, Ireland), Australia- Training of new team members in EDI team

- Identify and resolve Order Entry, Order Capture & Order Creation issues (Idocs issues, Duplications, Translation errors, Readsoft issues, EDI issues)- Coordinate order reprocessing with Customers and IT when required. Coordinate woth IT team the resolution of order entry technical issues- Support EDI Transactions testing and coordination with O2I Team- Act as a reference point and subject matter expert for all issues and questions relating to Master Data management inc. Logistic Parameters and Customer Master Data- Execute SAP testing on user enhancement, provide sample documentation of system issues that need to corrected- Indentify areas of opportunity for improvement and explore system processes to address those issues- Ensure consistent customer service people development in the functional and technical aspects of SAP- Maintain best practices for Master Data Maintenance related to Product/SKU, Customer Hierarchy and ther Supply Chain related information (network/location-related)- Oversee the knowledge transfer to users and the training of power users in new and existing SAP functionality and related business processes within O2I- Daily contact with MDM, Logistic, IT, Credit to Cash and O2I- Participation in implementation S4 Hana for CEW (DE, AT, CH)

- Order entry to SAP (SD), according to informations, which are contained in databases of our clients- Active cooperation with sales representatives and others departmens (i.e. Inventory, Pricing and OTD) design to keep the highest quality of daily work- Daily preparation and analysis of reports – BROT, SDOE, OOB- Updating of datebases according to specification of the market and requirements of customers- Implementation of improvements, which are aimed at upgrading of work efficiency and reduction of time, which is needed to entry order – A3 projects- Operation based on contracts, which have been signed for a specific service, through Vendavo- Training and supporting new joiners- Realisation of own and team goals- Active and meticulous participation in fiscal quarters and fiscal years

- Conducting a surveys per phone- Helping customers with doubts in fulfilling surveys and with choosing and realisation various forms of payments- Expanding of our databases- Scheduling a dates of calls and negotations- Building well functioned relationships in order to get musual benefits

- Receiving incoming calls in German and English- Helping customers with account management and consideration of complaints- Cooperation with local Pricing department and administration of network located in Germany- Preparing of raports regarding to irregularities and equipment failure- Preparation of service orders technical support on area, which are in a program of services
