- SAP MM Key User-Providing support to relevant processes – Requisition to PO(R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P)-Ensuring process compliance and proper governance within the purchasing-Participating in local and global projects, implementation of process changes and system enhancements -Processing master data requests regarding direct procurement operations-Co-operations with IT & GPOs on new MD and procurement processes-Acting as the first point of contact for any queries – supporting end users and team members with processes, tools and trainings-Supporting in handling deviations to standard process flows using LEAN principles

- SAP MM Key User-Execute the purchasing process for a selection of Market / Factories in the scope of the Warsaw GBS-Act as a single point of contact to end-users on the full purchasing process-Responsible to ensure full compliance to P2P procedures as well as JTI Operating Guidelines-Keep control over the P2P processes and associated financial impact for specific Markets / Factories in the scope-Assist the Purchasing Center Process Lead (CPL) to ensure the team is fully resourced and effectively organized to meet targets-Deliver consistent results and provide accurate analysis to drive efficiencies-Provide expert advice to other team members on SAP and other systems used by the team: be the main point of contact for technical matters-Have an end-to-end understanding of all JSOX and compliance controls, how and when they are to be performed-Support team members in dealing with the complex cases-Provide expert advice on relevant SAP modules to both internal and external stakeholders-Assist Team Lead in putting together and maintain monthly KPI's.

-Contacting suppliers to obtain technical/commercial information-Cooperation with other BSH departments (Polish and foreign)-Entering data, contracts into the system-Supervision over the flow of trade agreements-Preparation of purchasing summaries and their ongoing updates

-Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating prices-Monitoring inventory levels-Supervising the purchasing and storage processes-Adjusting inventory levels to meet the company's needs-Generating reports, analyses, and recommendations-Acquiring new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing clients
