Responsibilities:- Preparing cash, custody & total equity, reconciliation for existing Clients,- Monitoring of Clients portfolios to identify new activity,- Obtaining reporting for reconciliation processes,- Launching new funds into reconciliation purposes.- Above duties are done on multiple systems and various PB portals.- Daily basis cooperation with other locations - Ireland, India and USA.

Scope of responsibilities:• Building and managing the Customer portfolio and ensuring the highest possible service and satisfaction quality.• Providing financial advice in the field of current accounts, savings accounts, deposit accounts, cash loans, mortgages, business loans with collateral, debit and credit cards, overdrafts, investments, private pension plans, insurance products (based on the Customer needs analysis and tailoring solutions).• Taking care of daily activities such as: entering direct debits,  doing and verifying bank statements, having constant contact with clients via phone or email, preparing and sending bank reconciliation statements related to client bank accounts, verification of documents needed for loan purposes. preparing procedures and instructions to new activities implemented by the bank.• Verifying the correctness of the data entered to the banking systems by my colleagues.• Controlling cash reports in the Bank branch.• Being in charge of cash transactions regarding branch's cash dispenser (receipting of deposits and withdrawals from Bank Customers).• Preparing reports and statements for my superiors.• Supporting my superior in teamwork organization, e.g. initiating new ideas and actions to streamline teamwork.• Inducting new employees, implementing the Customer service standards and procedures applicable in the Bank, and delivering product training.• Analyzing training needs and delivering product training to financial intermediaries.• Cooperating with other Bank departments and branches.• Paying attention to conduct risk regardless of circumstances, always staying oriented on Bank's reputation.

• Offering of Bank products and services for Individual Customer such as current accounts, savings accounts, deposits accounts, investments guaranteed the capital invested, debit cards, credit cards, overdrafts, cash loans.• Being responsible for providing cash transactions and bank transfers. • Pursuing the set sales targets and daily scheduled tasks.• Supporting new employees and taking care about required training to delivered.• Staying in touch with other Bank departments.• Ensuring the positive image of the Bank.

• Active selling of language courses by different sources.• Leading calls, meetings in the office, mailing correspondence with a potential clients.• Advise in a language offer and purpose course which meets all customer expectations.• Representation of the company at the language events, fair and external meetings.
