A team that provides original financial solutions to sustain success for generations.I'm primarily responsible for creating partnerships with new vendors and dealers within multiple segments (Food and Agriculture, Healthcare, Office Equipment, Construction, Industrial and Cleantech). I'm focused on business development by identifying, targeting and generating new business opportunities from partners, who are currently not working with DLL. I'm a front runner in the DLL organization in building and growing the Retail business for Poland. - Build and maintain long term relationship with vendors by understanding their needs, translating our USP's into the services and products offered to them;- Design and implement innovative sales tools (e.g. Mobile App);- Work closely together with different disciplines such as risk, legal, credit, sales support and contract administration;- Implement new relationships and build upon;- Reach defined commercial targets;- Develop business plans, manage execution and report progress of these plans;- Manage a complex set of stakeholders with different interests;- Function as a beacon of knowledge and experience towards customers and colleagues;- Simplify business processes.
