Firefly develops, manufactures and sells high-tech systems, which detect and minimize the risk of fires and dust explosions, supplying systems for the leading process industries. • Managing company’s operations, sales and project execution in the CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro)• Responsible for business development, product management and positioning, introducing new products and price policy, marketing activities• Managing Key Clients (including OEMs) in terms of custom-made solutions providing, technical consultancy, long term cooperation agreements• Managing team of sales, technical projects leaders, finance and administration, service in Poland and the CEE ( 12 people), managing work of subcontractors• Managing and delivering technical projects for recycling and waste management facilities in Romania, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland for clients such as LafargeHolcim, CRH Group, FCC Environmental Group, Titan Cement, 5 Fortum
