At PCRS I am responsible for managing a caseload of previously homeless/ at risk of homelessness program participants in an affordable housing project. My duties include meeting facilitation, networking with all community sectors, therapeutic support and conflict resolution, and program administration. In this position I have also worked collaboratively with the housing committee, program management, and to research and develop a strategic project to improve resident stability and sustainability in affordable housing.

At Homestarts I directed the operation of two housing cooperatives, managing a network of over 150 Co-op members. My responsibilities included financial, marketing and membership administration, coordination of multiple projects, rent geared to income subsidy administration, liaison with and promotion of the co-op housing sector, government relations, liaison with various stakeholders and community professionals as required by the co-op, community development, and board meeting facilitation. In this position I successfully managed a budget of over $500,000, provided recommendations on decision making, as well as encouraged and supported board members in enhancing bylaws and policy.

In this position I coordinated the Shelter to Housing Program (a Housing First Program) at the men's shelter, facilitating all aspects of the program’s administrative responsibilities including budgeting, routine meetings and reports, monitoring and evaluation. I case managed a small group of participants to transition into community housing and stabilize while working with local community leaders to build and sustain community collaboration in support of the Housing First Program. I contributed to regional efforts for program development with the highly successful STEP Home Reference Group to develop program terms, provide data analysis, and analyze the programs capacity to improve participant transitions. I was awarded by the Municipality for Outstanding Community Housing Worker of the year.

As Center Director I was responsible for managing 9 staff and volunteers in delivering 5 different programs supporting over 500 children and youth. Duties included preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports, events, and recommendations for management, stakeholders, and program participants as well as program management. I also worked as the agencies Volunteer Coordinator, coordinating the placement and supervision of over 100+ volunteers and successfully enhancing the programs capacity increasing donations.
