• Collaborating with staff and clubs and society leaders/committees to facilitate the delivery and effective day to day management of clubs & societies.• Communicate with students, clubs and societies (focus groups) to provide information to the sports management team for future initiatives and service planning.• Planning, organizing and implementation of specific inclusion and participation initiatives that were embedded within sports clubs & societies for both students and staff members.• Management of social media platforms for sport in SETU - Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X and TikTok.• Continuous updating of the college website and social media channels to keep content relevant and available in a timely manner• Expansion of social media channels and social media traffic to SETU sites through innovative customer engagement• Played a key role in the implementation of the Carlow Local Sports Partnership integration football blitz for disadvantaged areas • Change management initiatives – I developed and implemented a social inclusion initiative called ‘connect through football’ to integrate Ukrainian men and women into the local community through sports• Hosted a series of Ukrainian refugee vs SETU Carlow staff football matches – I organized venue, food, gear for both teams, SETU staff players, media exposure, referee, etc• Worked with members of the travelling community to give them a time and venue for a 5 a side tournament each week• Managing, planning, and organizing facilities and implementation of student projects.• Assisting clubs & societies with administration, budgeting and financing• Facilitated an inclusive disability Boccia tournament which was a nation wide success.• Managing the training database and organising training to meet the needs of individuals, clubs and societies• Planned and developed health and wellbeing initiatives for students, staff, and external community groups - such as external clubs and schools
