I have a Bachelor degree in Health Sciences with concentrations in Healthcare Administration and Health Information Technology. I believe that the quality of the care provided must be the priorities; therefore, I would like to contribute on the improvement of the Healthcare system by focusing in creating new policies and making decisions that will be in the best interest of our patients as well as the providers. Also, I want to make sure that the patients or people can feel welcome and in peace by improving the hospitals environment and increasing the diversity by hiring more people with diverse backgrounds. The Value and the Quality of care are the two most important characteristics that will help the Healthcare industry to improve.
