Manage relationships, budgets and forecasts between Manufacturer and internal key account managers.Accountable for brands such as: Swanson, Duncan Hines, Blue Water, Mentos Mints & Gums, Weetabix cereals, InFoods Snax and frozen products, Olivieri Pastas & Sauces and Whirpool cleaners.

In my capacity as Director - National Accounts, I was responsible for managing the business for: Wal-Mart, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCL and Zellers. Among some of my tasks: attain volume objectives, business review and new products presentations, etc. In this role I also had 1 field supervisor and 3 sale representatives reporting to me.

Resopnsible for managing Metro and Super C business. Growing the business, buisness reviews, new product presentations, forecast planning and communication with my Ontario counterpart were amongst the tasks related to this position.

Responsible for managing consumer insights, build internal reporting systems via ACNielsen information, participate in new products developement and presentation to reatil accounts. Also responsible for mentoring 2 Category developement managers out of the Toronto office.Highlight within this position was obtaining the shelf stable juice captaincy at LCL, on a National basis.

Category manager focused on results and on growing volume thru sound and objective decision making. Responsible for Personal care categories such as: Dove soap & body wash and anti-perspirant. Also accountable for analysing and building category reviews for food catogerise such as: Hellman's mayonnaise, Knorr Soup and Sidekicks.

KAM with the responsibility of Metro, Super C and Loeb, managing a business in excess of $25M. In this capacity, I was responsible for the the following portfolios: Soups (Lipton & Knorr), Bovril Boullions, Sidekicks meal accompaniments, Ragu spaghetti sauce.

2 years as a sales representative responsible for Frozen foods (Mrs.Smith's pies and Eggo Waffles) on the South shore of Montreal. 3 years in Sherbrooke as a territory manager with the responsibilities for 5 driect accounts and the Eastern Township's territory. Transfered back to Montreal to become key account manager on the Métro/Super C businesses. Instrumental in developing the Nutritious protable foods (NPF) category whith Kellogg's Nutri Grain cereal bars introduction.
