Michel Labaki is an international-bassist, composer, entrepreneur, psychologist, and music therapist.Endorsed by 4 major music companies in the United states (Fodera guitars, Aguilar amplifications, Gruvgear, and Lathonbasswear).He earned a Bachelor degree in Management and then pursued a Bachelor degree in Psychology. He sought opportunities to give back to the community, and help other people struggling with addiction.An atypical artist, Labaki spent four years completing a Music therapy program (EUTERPE) from the HUMANITAS University in Rome. Today, he is expanding his formation in the field under the American GIM (guided imagery and music) Bonnie Method in USA.A registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).The combination of Labaki’s experiences built the specialized method he invented "Freelapse" for substance abuse at a rehab center in Lebanon since 2015. Its success pushed Labaki to edit the method in a way that’s adaptable worldwide; he traveled to India and researched the relationship between Yoga, Psychology, and Music Therapy. As a result, Labaki established a wellness center where he launched "MUSIYOGA", a method that encompasses Yoga, Music Therapy, and Psychology. Due to Labaki’s diverse background and professional formation, The Music Therapy for Addiction is a unique combination that Labaki brings to the field; it merges music / light design and psychology in a way that has never been done before.
