CurrentConduct in-lab oil analysis / testing for NATCOM’s offered test portfolio (detailed, thorough, and on-time reports).▪ Master the different techniques of oil analysis and lubrication care products▪ Manage NATCOM’s lab and lab equipment and make sure to main both lab and lab equipment in excellent and ready condition at all times.▪ Provide remote (in-office) customer support activities on all lubricant care related products and technologies▪ Provide sales support by conducting demos, seminars, site surveys, technical studies ofproducts and projects, and other sales support related activities▪ Communicate back to my direct supervisor any sales leads and comments and requests made by customers, as well as report on competitors activities.
