Support to EVP’s-Steering Committee member: Global restructuration project for a multinational company- Develop HR integration plan regarding acquisition (10 billion $ revenue )- Develop the strategy, optimize project plan and timeline to implement a global Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in 32 countries.- Coach HR vice-president in order to improve and optimize recruitment strategy in Europe and USA. Develop change management plan to implement shared services.- Prepare business case to improve payroll systems in Europe (more than 10 countries)- Develop project charter and manage job evaluation system implementation for a global chemical manufacturer.-Develop workforce planning strategy including annual and long term trends.-Coach talent management VP and revisit the talent management strategy including: succession and talent review.-Support the development of an Ethic and governance HR program

-Responsible for the global HR shared services including : recruitment (total hiring/year more than 12000 employees), Global Mobility, payroll and Human Resources Management System. -Lead the workforce planning strategy and support global restructuring projects. - Member of Board Committees- Responsible for the HR Business Partner Team supporting the Corporate Functions

Lead corporate efforts to improve and develop human capital strategies.-Development of talent management strategies including succession planning, people reviews and leadership training programs for global leaders and high potential.- Executive sponsor for the implementation of the global Human Resources Management System (Workday): More than 40000 employees, 42 countries.-Responsible for the SNC-Lavalin Academy and the Global Training and Simulation Centre.-Provide expertise regarding assesment of human capital risks and cultural alignment strategies for acquistions.- Responsible for workforce planning and Corporate recruitment strategy (processes, social media, etc.)

Lead intiatives to develop and implement human capital strategy for major industrial investment projects (in excess of 1 billion USD) company-wide. Lead risk assesment and audits taking into account political and cultural factors, participate to the negotiation with governments regarding work organization, country capabilities, etc. Develop local workforce employment strategies.
