Just completed my working experience in Centro Tessile Cotoniero e dell'Abbigliamento and already started a self-employed journey as a consultant on sustainability topics & certification schemes, and as third-party auditor.My present business profile includes training, onsulting and auditing activities for a number of Certification Standards (OEKO-TEX® STeP, Global Organic Textile Standard and Textile Exchange GRS, OCS, RCS certification schemes).My previous activities at Centrocot S.p.A. and at the EC Joint Research Centre were oriented to improve the use of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in supporting EU policies and SMEs in moving towards environmental impacts assessment and monitoring the progress in meeting the Sustainable Development Goals.I am experienced in performing LCAs to support companies in understanding their burdens and impacts and helping them to identify relevant data and hotspots.Able to collect and synthesize information to produce Life Cycle Inventory models, to interpret LCA results and to clearly present them in reports and in project meetings. Acquired ability of collecting, handling and processing environmental data to draw appropriate results according to one or more defined scopes. Learnt how to deal with companies’ bureaucracy and confidentiality issues when working in a very close contact with them. My scientific background helps me to approach different problems in order to find the proper solution. I quickly integrate myself in new processes and understand new tasks. I matured a cooperative mindset and I am good in sharing a positive attitude. I take advantage of teamwork to develop a creative way of thinking and to boost my confidence in contributing to the project.
