- Supporting the design, implementation and review of Sales training curriculum using project management tools and skills.- Supporting the Action Session (classroom sessions) lead by EU region.- Supporting globally the countries with the roll out and implementation of the new Training.- Leading translation project of General Price Increase training curriculum ensuring that the material goes to 13 markets on time dealing with external vendors.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes world-wide: program information, internship requests, promotion, shortlisting and pre-screening in DPDHL group.- Responding to questions from Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, HR and candidates regarding the overall recruitment process as well as the applicant tracking system.- Implementing processes for data collection, governance and identifying areas for improvement.- Supporting the on-boarding process: visa and reception process assistance, contractual matters- Contributing to the development of Internship program: concepts and implementation plans for long-term growth of the AIESEC internship program at DPDHL Group.- Ensuring efficient account management and partnership delivery between AIESEC International & Deutsche Post DHL Group.- Planning and delivery of engagement activities at AIESEC congresses

- Project management: Managing budget, marketing activities and social media strategies to increase the awareness of AIESEC products. – using 4DX methodology and empathy map for customer experience.- Team Management: Managing two teams of four people each. Working daily with both of them through physical and virtual weekly meetings.- Performance analysis: Checking plan/achievement of the 25 local branches and produce a weekly and monthly report with action steps to solve the bottlenecks found.

National responsible for the creation of social projects aimed to improve the Italian community and raise awareness on sustainability.- Network Management: Aligning strategies with 12 AIESEC local branches and a network of 70 people through weekly chats and monthly visits on site.- Customer relationship management: Tracking leads, managing customer relationships and organizing sales team through Podio software.- Product Management: Managing the whole strategy for social projects including customer satisfaction, product development, supply & demand, budgeting and sales.
