Originally from Oklahoma, Michele started in the mortgage business after she finished college at the University of Oklahoma in 1986. Her husband was active-duty military and their first duty station was Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. 32 years later, she is still doing mortgages in Okaloosa County. She specializes in a variety of loan programs, including VA and FHA loans, conventional, USDA Rural Development, new construction, 100% Physician loans, purchases and refinances. Her military background gives her a special qualification for VA loans and the relocating military buyers. One of Michele's goals is to make the mortgage process as smooth as possible for her customers. While getting a mortgage is more difficult than it used to be, one thing has not changed: delivering excellent customer service. With all of the changes that have been made in the mortgage lending industry over the last few years, excellent customer service is now more important than ever. Michele stays involved in the process from beginning to end to ensure a great experience for her customers. Michele is an affiliate member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors, Emerald Coast Chapter. Both avid Sooner fans, Michele and her husband, Tracy, started an official Oklahoma Alumni club on the Emerald Coast. Cooking, college football and tropical gardening are some of her hobbies, as well as enjoying the beautiful Florida scenery. Her children, Austin and Morgan, and her grandchildren, McKinsey , Ronan, Rowdy and Bodhi, fill her life with joy!
