In addition to my continued work with the composition titles, my director role allows me to represent marketing to various stakeholders as well as spearhead marketing initiatives in the digital arena: Google Ads, videos, and more.

W. W. Norton publishes the leading texts on the market, and I promote these titles in a variety of ways, from digital promotional pieces such as videos and interactive product tours to print pieces such as catalogs and handouts. Through surveys, customer conversations, and data analysis, I also perform market research that helps our team make strategic, thoughtful decisions and grow our community of customers.In this role, I've helped launch a First Edition—Let's Talk—as well as The Norton Guide to Equity-Minded Teaching, an educational resource for all college instructors.
