Responsible for all North American health and welfare and retirement (DB and DC) benefit plans' compliance with federal and state laws, ensure all disclosure and notification requirements met accurately in a timely manner, direct activities associated with ERISA, internal and external audits, non-discrimination tests and corrective actions, partner with internal legal counsel regarding regulatory impacts to benefit plans and amendments needed, manage and maintain over 500 Summary Plan Description documents
