Florida Commission on the Status of Women, Assistant Director. Assists division level management in the coordination of administrative tasks and/or assignments. Requires extended hours for completion of work required and/or travel outside of the work site. Performs administrative functions including but not limited to purchasing and finance at the direction of the Executive Director. Represents the Commission in the absence of the Executive Director. Coordinates with other Commissions on the Status of Women and various women's organizations. Performs research and compiles special reports and assists and advises the Executive Director on issues relating to the Commission. Participates in the preparation of the activities for the Florida Women's Hall of Fame as well as the production and distribution of all Commission publications and communications. Participates in the distribution of Commission information including but not limited to reports, news releases, and meeting minutes. Effectively supervises and coordinates purchase of materials for the Commission. Prepares essential information and coordinates activities for each Commission meeting including but not limited to arrangements and meeting materials. Provide hotel information to Commissioners and staff for individual travel arrangements to occur. At the direction of the Executive Director, maintains a database containing budget entries. Prints budget reports for review and approval by the Executive Director and the Treasurer. Assists or independently performs special projects, reports, research, etc., as required. Serves as a liaison with women's organizations including the National Association of Commissions for Women. Attends and gives guidance in all quarterly meetings and committee conference calls of the Commission. Quarterly Meeting/Annual Report/Women’s Hall of Fame. Multi-facet Operations, Maintain Commission Budget, Office Manager. Oversee and provide direction to the Staff Assistant.

Treasurer for the National Assocation of Commissions for Women (NACW). Monitor and facilitate budget transactions.
