McCloskey Enterprise has 3 phases. Cleaning - New Construction, residential and commercial cleaning. We also power wash decks, siding, garages, driveways and walkways and Stoops.Our 3rd phase is punch out which consist of finalizing houses for settlement. Our customers include contractors, builders, doctors and private home owners.

* Responsible for the business support of banking platforms to internal branch and call center staff through the use of quality client service skills on the telephone or via email. •Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve CSR problems and determine if it is a systematic problem that would need to be reported. •Knowledge of opening and maintaining personal and non-personal clients and accounts on CIF, Demand Deposit Account, Certificate of Deposits, Safe Box, Debit Cards. •Understand monetary transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, monetary instrument purchases and loan payments as well as internal transfers, general ledger and inventory control. •Maintain sources of information and reference materials as provided to ensure delivery of accurate information to all staff and refer to other areas of the company. •Maintain service excellence standards and effective communication skills.

I supervised 8 tellers, Responsible for ordering money for branch, yearly evaluations, responsible for training new employees. Responsible for all return checks, Settle the ATM machines, also processed deposits and credit products. Audit teller cash draws at end of day. Answer customer questions, Solve customer problemsAssume responsibility processing customer payments, contact customers by telephone and through field to resolve delinquency, Research payment history and follow up on arrangements.•Process all activities for various account relationships utilizing industry and banking systems in accordance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.•Maintain a source of information and reference materials as provided to ensure delivery of correct information to all clients, as well as, refer clients to other areas of the company. •Assist sales department by obtaining sales referrals which allow the clients to invest in a leading financial organization which specializes in customized financial solutions.
