Managing the SolarWinds NMS system equipment installation and training personnel by providing on-site instructors leading the OEM training course for up to six Operators per site.• Project Manager for a $6.4 million contract with the Food and Drug Administration. Managing the nationwide support for 228 FDA field offices, legacy and VoIP phone systems, cabling, and equipment maintenance.
