With over 20 years of experience in various industries, I am passionate about supporting leaders and teams to navigate change, develop culture, and achieve their goals. I am a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Advanced Design Thinking Practitioner, and Life Coach, and I use these frameworks to deliver engaging, relevant, and data-based services to my clients.As a Facilitator/Consultant at Break O'Day Council, I co-facilitate the Wellbeing Program, which aims to enhance the mental health and wellness of the council staff and community. I also provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups, helping them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and create positive outcomes. I am committed to lifelong learning, and I constantly seek new ways to improve my skills and knowledge. My mission is to make a difference by being connected, compassionate, and courageous.
