Process transfer leader of 90 and 70nm Non Volatile NAND memory 90 and 70 nm technologies from Agrate R&D to Singapore full production. Coordination of a team of 20 engineers with different background and nationalities.

My job experiences started as process engineer in dielectric thin film deposition. After 2 year I became BEOL team manager, leading a team of 9 process engineers of dielectric and metal layers deposition and CMP. I covered this position for 3 years transferring the NOR technologies (4 nodes transferred) from R&D to manufactory FAB in Catania, Italy.
