Director, Homeownership Strategic Relationships
CurrentDevelops and maintains strong business partner relationships both internal and external to VHDA. Consult with Legislators, Agency staff (GSEs, FHA, VA, RD, DHCE, etc.), VHDA staff and VHDA customers/stakeholders on partnership opportunities, programmatic issues and concerns, new programs and products, strategy, business processes, legislation and training. Assists and facilitates with strategic planning, identifying business problems and solutions; while at the same time exploring business opportunities. Provide research assistance and consulting while working alongside the business subject matter experts, focusing on workforce optimization assist in the creation of a customer experience transformation, review business process design, work with H/O Managers on cost containment, as they relate to business unit expenses) and work closely with Managers on new VHDA programs and products. Provides recommendations to the Managing Director of Homeownership, the Director of Homeownership Programs, Director of Homeownership Servicing, H/O Managers and/or Leadership Team on business opportunities and needs based upon Partnership feedback and concerns.
