With over 20 years of experience working in a pre-k-5 setting, I recently transitioned from my role as the elementary mathematics curriculum implementation specialist for the Manchester School District and am excited to explore new opportunities. In addition to teaching, I have experience coaching and creating math curricula and materials. I have led a team of building-level coaches in building a competency-based curriculum which is being fully implemented in the MSD elementary schools this year. My job also included collecting and analyzing assessment data. In this role, I prepared and delivered professional development presentations for teachers.Though I am not currently working in higher ed, I have experience working as an adjunct, teaching math courses for graduate-level education students.During the pandemic shutdown, I used Google Slides and Screencastify to create recordings of over 200 K-2 math lessons which I then uploaded to YouTube for students to utilize when they could not attend school. I am proficient in Google Workspace and Apple iWork. I am also competent with Microsoft. In addition to my job, I use these tools to create products as a teacher-author for my Teachers-Pay-Teachers store.
